Project Goal

The existing product experience is transactional, with users frequently leaving after initial purchase. Product teams wanted to evolve their products to better meet the needs of job seekers, increase engagement and improve customer retention.


Existing Research

Project began by gathering customer data, previous research, and personas.

Prototyping & Testing 

For the research, I recruited 15 participants via craigslist with 5 participants to represent each persona. Assisted in preparing a user testing plan and conducting 60 minute in-person sessions. The sessions focused on concept validation, user behavior and how these potential concepts might fit into their job search process -- not on interactions and usability.

MOBILE CONCEPT DEMO

After testing, we designed and prototyped a mobile concept that was shared across the organization to demonstrate some of the learnings.
